Made an adapt with these people, said they would show around 9:30. I was really happy when I saw them at 9:00. A/C had been out for a few days. They were good workers, very professional @ respectful of my home and my things. I will recommend these folks to family and friends w/o hesitation.
They came in and they were able to do it on our schedule and they reconfigured our duct work. They left a little very small mess but everything else was great!
Our experience in dealing with ARS has been an ongoing nightmare. Everything started off well but deteriorated into a mess. The tech was supposed to have cleaned the coils but I was left with a caked on mess that had never been touched. The tech also found the blower in our crawlspace had a capacitor that wasn't working efficiently and asked if I'd like it replaced. I agreed and this was installed correctly, but this was the only part that was completed fully. From here, it took me calling multiple times to even get anyone on the phone to listen to my issues, followed by emails with a CSR to get a refund on the coil cleaning that was never performed and there is still no resolution. This has been about 2 weeks later now and I'm constantly having to reach out for some news. Save yourself a headache and just use a different company. Don't make the same mistake I did.
