Reviews
Write a ReviewExcellent service and came out for the estimate and checked all out and not just visually - they actually took the time to go up in the attic and check duct work and everything. Explained all that was needed and made recommendations.
Very professional. Gave me several options and listened to my concerns and understood my needs. Offered another option I didn't consider just by listening to me and that's what we went with.
The people at ARS/Rescue Rooter Raleigh were helpful, nice and did a good job. It was a pleasure working with them.
They came on time, responded quickly, checked everything
I was able to negotiate a great deal, they had good installers, very polite and neat. They worked till late in the evening to complete the installation. Highly recommend.
Arrived at 8:00 and was done by 1:30. Installed new gaspack. Total professional crew.
Not happy with the results. Had to purchase a new A/C. Later found out that it was not necessary.
