The tech called to confirm the appointment after 9pm the night before, i didn't recognize the number so i didn't answer and there was no voicemail left. A little late in my opinion for a professional phone call. He also texted a little later, to which i replied to confirm the appointment. He showed up 45 minutes late for the appointment. He let me know he was stuck in traffic after I texted to find out where he was. The service he provided was fine but it wasn't an extensive repair. I'm on the fence about using him in the future.

Erin thoroughly checked the washer/dryer problem and advised me to wait until one of two specific parts failed and call again - he wouldn't charge me for second trip. Machine operates well enough to use in the meantime so problem isn't critical, but replacement parts are expensive ($500 and $900 respectively but cheaper than a new machine). Can't tell which part is malfunctioning until it fails. I thought his recommendation was a good one and I plan to call him when it's time to replace the part.
