I authorized an extra repair which could be pricey. When they prepared to leave I asked them about the additional repair. They said, "Oh that didn't take 5 minutes, No charge."

They were available to fix my refrigerator on the same day that I contacted them. I was provided with friendly, professional, service.

My refrigerator had quit cooling - it is a Whirlpool and is approximately 20 years old. I really did not want to part with it. I found A&A Appliance on Home Advisor and scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time and, fortunately, had a replacement part with them on their truck. The whole process took about 30 minutes. They were very courteous and I would definitely call them back.

This company came out and did not fix the problem. I called and they came again several days later and still did not fix the problem. I have taken care of the issue myself and could have saved $186.00

Called to schedule one day early which freed up my Saturday morning morning. Repair was diagnosed and repaired within minutes. Definitely would recommend these guys.
