I used them to purchase my new home. There prices are great they are really reliable and are not out to get the customers money they provided the appropriate mold testing for my property for a reasonable price.

He said I would like his estimate but I didn't receive it in the snail mail until one week later. The mold is something we wanted to take care of right away and did with another contractor that took it seriously, quoted us on the spot and did the work as promised.

Advance Mold Remediation/Inspections was very professional as well as customer oriented. The guys who actually did the work were professional and answered all my questions as they went along. The project was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. And I particularly enjoyed the fact that they cleaned up area, nothing was left behind. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

I needed a stop gap remediation of specific areas identified in a home appraisal. I had to pay out of pocket before closing. AMR gave me a good rate and remediated the mold which satisfied my lender and allowed me to close on the house quickly.

Service was spotty. We noticed that they neglected to do something they said they would (spray in sealant behind the drywall), and when we asked them about it, they went back and did it. Good thing we saw it. It was also like pulling teeth to get them to come back out and finish the work. Overall, they did decent work, as far as we can tell, but it took a lot of close surveillance from us to make sure they did the job they said they would do.
