I had a very good experience with Advance Mold Remediation (AMR). Their professionalism was well taken. AMR staff were courteous and knowledgable to my indiviual situation. I was given a scheduled appointment that they kept; the estimate and final price was within a reasonable budget for me. The work was completed and well performed with the me as the customer in mind at all times. AMR gets high marks of congratulation from me. Thank Ms. CJ

They did a great job and I would recommend their work to anyone. My only reservation was trying to get billing straight after the job. It took a number of calls to correct a billing error but this was minor compared to the great work they did.

The didn't do a good job. They also asked more mony after they started. After Six months, I have not recived the certification of remediation they put on their contract.

It is taking a while to get the detailed report from this company on mold findings - other than that I am satisfied with their service.

New technician in area tried to contact client and advise but no answer. Our office did speak with the client to try set new appointment. We need a certain amount of time for each job going late to this customer would have rushed the job.

They were scheduled to arrive on Mon 9AM. Received call at 10AM saying they were lost in Alexandria (I am in Centreville) & were looking for Alex. address. Office had no idea where they were when I called & later told me they got delayed on earlier job from 8AM in Alex. Makes no sense to schedule that close & did not match what person told me on the phone when called. Said would be there in PM, but got lost and went home. Never called for directions. I live just off 66 & is not difficult to find. Arrive 2 hrs late the next day w/no explaination. Told me I'd have to call later to arrange duct cleaning then came w/o letting me know. poor servic

AMR DOES not have contracted labor for inspector. HVAC systems must be turned off during remediation this is standard. Billing is sent out becuase a deposit is needed. Work may have a gap beacuse of drying time for encapsulation of material. The owner is always willing to take calls, and somone is always in the office from 8-4 pm Mon-Fri so I can't understand why a return call was even needed.

We had a great first impression. They were professional, on-time, and knowledgeable. After that, it all fell apart. The two day job took over a week and a half. They started on time but then didn't show up again for a few days. Of course they didn't bother mentioning they weren't going to be there. They would not return phone calls. They turned the heating system off and left it off In the middle of winter for the whole time. The offices had to close for over a week. They sent the bill before the work was complete. I later learned the inspector who was so professional was contracted labor, he's not even part of the company. Glad it's over.

This was the WORST contracting experience I have ever had in my life! They did a job that costs $590 and charged me over $5,000 and they refused to fix the problem. The owner was rude and he kept saying he would look into the problem and never did. They did the job in early January 2009 and did not resolve the over-billing until the end of April 2009. The owner even had the nerve to tell me they did all this work at my house which they never did. There was no apology granted but finally they reversed the over charge. It was a nightmare. The technicians who did the work were nice but I would run for the hills and stay away from this Company
