We hired this company after Hurricane Irma damaged our facia. The job was done in a neat and timely fashion.

We had a lot of damaged wood that had to be replaced on our home and this was taken care of exactly as promised. We chose the color Midnight Surf for our siding, with white trim and red accents, and it is absolute beautiful. Our home stands out in the neighborhood in a positive way now, and we have received many compliments on it. The crew was extremely courteous and very accommodating. David Crane responded almost immediately to any phone calls or questions we had and followed through on whatever our question was. I would highly recommend this company for any home improvement needs.

we have had some issues. the work was supposed to start last week, but the installers were given the incorrect material. fortunately my wife and I discovered it in time. hopefully the correct product will be installed soon.

We had our home re-sided and all of our windows replaced. The communication skills within this company are horrible. While the siding guys did good work and communicated well with us, no one else in the company did. Certainly not after we unknowingly signed the certificate of completion and they got paid. Long before the job was complete. Shame on us for not being more cautious. The job began in earnest in the first few days of April. We were told it would be complete before Easter weekend. The siding was completed on April 19th. However, some of the windows they installed came in damaged and had to be re-ordered. We were told 3 weeks. After a month without hearing from them I called. They were in. News to me. They were delivered. All 4 windows that were delivered were damaged. They again had to be re-ordered. Again it would take 3 weeks. I asked that we be kept informed. We were assured we would be. After 4 weeks and not hearing anything I called. The windows were in and the installer would contact me. After a week and no word from the installer, I sent an email. The next day I heard from the installer. He would deliver the windows that day and call me later that day to try to get them installed. He did not call. Several days passed and I called the office. I was put on hold to speak to the project manager. Then the manager wasn't there. That was the 16th of June. On the 19th of June the window installers came to install the windows. One of the windows was slightly damaged but I told the installer not to re-order it. I just wanted it to be done. Overall, we were happy with the siding guys. Though there was an issue that I asked one of them to resolve and he did so in a way I would not have expected. I could have done what he did but I wouldn't have. The window guys were unreliable and completely uncommunicative. They left the job without saying anything. Left the windows unlocked and in a couple of cases inoperable. Without telling us. When they were expected back the next day, they didn't show. They didn't call. We had to call to find out that they had truck issues. We were told they would call us if they weren't going to make it. They didn't make it. They didn't call. It's too bad that I can't recommend them. Because the work isn't bad. But dealing with them is another story.

Dave the owner was a man of his word he did an excellent job.

The product is outstanding and the workmanship by the installers is fantastic. The installers have taken any suggestions I made and, in my opinion, given me an even better product. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
