material was delivered Mon. installer did not show up until 2pn too late for that day. Next installer shows up fri 11am work not completed returned mon. 11:30am work still not completed returned tues. 11am job finally done 3pn several thing still done. owner called and I told him I wanted to pay him with a check aand show him the defects what does he do runs the blance on my amer. exp. card that I gave him the deposit with which caused me a lot of trouble. can not recommend this man to anyone

David the installer was a great professional! He provided great customer service! I would highly recommend him for any job you would have!

Very happy with quality of materials and promptness to our needs after Hurricane Matthew. I particularly liked the seamless nature of the siding as opposed to what you generally get. The only area I was disappointed in was the lack of care around my scrubs and flowers. I lost 1 gardenia, 2 poinsettias, and several large pentas. I guess a small price to pay after the storm.

The work was started on time and the installers have been terrific. They are neat and keep their tools, scaffolding, etc. out of the way when they are no working. I highly recommend this company's

This company are professional in all areas, show up on time completed on time, when they left no debris left, fixed other problems we had with some rotting wood and were happy to work with your ideas. We posted pictures on face-book of the great work done. Superior business which we highly recommend.

I hired this company to replace my siding with vinyl after I met with Ron on a Wednesday. I cannot really complain about the quality of the work. However, there were multiple issues with this company and the way they did business. In the contract, in addition to Ron pointing it out to me, it stated that a dumpster would be placed in my driveway for all the debris to be placed in. I was told by Ron that the work would not begin for 2-3 weeks. Then 2 days later I received a call from Dave stating that the work would begin the next Monday. I did not prepare the outside of my home because I thought I had the weekend to do so. The workers showed up the next day (Saturday) and started the work. They told me the dumpster was on the way. They began to throw debris onto my front lawn. I asked them to please put it in the driveway, which did not happen. I called Ron on Sunday and asked for the dumpster. It did not come on Monday as promised by Ron and the team leader of the construction crew. I called every day, asking about the dumpster, even sending pictures of the trash to Ron, which was now also starting to pile up in my back yard. I began to call Dave, asking for the dumpster. His reply was that he had called the company and they told him it was going to be delivered and that he had "prepaid" for it out of his own pocket. On Thursday, I called Dave and got very angry with him and told him I wanted the trash off my lawn that day. I explained to him again that I had spent $3500. getting my lawn re-sodded in the spring of 2015 and that the trash was killing my grass! He became very irate and had the gall to yell back at me, repeating that he had "prepaid" for the dumpster. The dumpster finally showed up at 1 pm and the workers returned and removed the trash. I'm not sure what really happened, but I feel that they somehow squeezed in my job because of a cancellation. They were not prepared (no dumpster), they kept lying to me about the dumpster, and they really didn't care about the damage to my lawn. The lack of customer service was appalling and I truly regret hiring this company. They never even offered to help with the damage to my lawn even though it was their fault the grass. died. Not only do I have a big bill to pay from the siding, now I have to spend money replacing sod due to their negligence in providing the dumpster.

I highly recommend this company. From the moment I met with Dave he is very professional and will walk you thru the process. And the crew is great too!

The company representative came fast enough when we asked for an estimate and then when we needed to sign the contract. Of course, we ended up with much more work on the house than we originally intended. We were told that our work (replace windows and install new vinyl siding to replace old wood siding) would take a week. We even indicated that we had a date by which the work needed to be completed- naturally, we were told it would be no problem. After a delayed start, the window installation took about 2 days. The siding was another story.....delayed start, unanswered phone calls to the company, ridiculous explanations as to why the work wasn't being done. Finally we had to go out of town and trust that the work would be completed while we were gone. We were assured that pictures of the progress would be sent to us.....it happened but not until we kept insisting. The work was finally completed 4.5 weeks after its delayed start. We hope that it was done well- it looks good, it finally passed all its inspections- but we wanted to be here to keep an eye on the progress. Poor communications + a very frustrating experience all around.

This project took much longer than necessary as the company ordered the wrong material for the job. When they first showed up to do the job (install vinyl ceiling on my porch) they began putting up a different product than what the salesmen sold me. So then I waited almost a month for them to get the correct material. The workers that did the install were very nice guys and you could tell they wanted to do a nice job and did care about the customer.
