Nooman was terrific from the beginning. He established and maintained phone contact with me. He was prompt, professional, friendly, courteous, and respectful. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the main problem and he even found two other problems that needed replacement parts. The installation of the new garbage disposal and the attached drain parts are a true work of art. I am thrilled with Nooman's service. I would definitely hire him again!

Been a new home owner is a scary thing not knowing what can be wrong with your new home a friend recommended Norman he was able to come the same day I was so happy he was able to come and find the problem he made me feel like family he cared and explained what was going on, I truly will recommend him to my friend and family.

Norman has done a great job with installing two new toilets for us after we had new tile put down in our bathrooms. He was timely and quoted a reasonable price, something I did not get with many others in my research. He also was willing to come somewhat last minute to repair the supply valves to those toilets before we had the tiling work done.

Flexible appt schedule. Installation done in a timely manner. Just need to be sure no leaks over the next days since it was a plumbing job, but appears he did a very good job.
