Norman and his crew were very professional and great to work with. They installed an island exhaust fan (in Colorado). It was a difficult project but it turned out much better than I expected. The installation actually enhanced the look of the kitchen. They also replaced a few electrical switches. I was very pleased with the overall service I was provided. It was a nice experience working with knowledgeable experts.

Norman and his crew did excellent work on a complex project in my kitchen. Not only did they do high quality work on all the major items, they also showed attention to details on a lot of little things. I needed my granite counter deepened and a new range installed. I also needed a vent hood installed with all new ducting and drywall work for it since my old range only had a downdraft. Most others I spoke to either wouldn't cut granite or didn't have a clear idea of what they would need to do for the new vent hood. Norman came over while I was waiting for the appliances, looked over the kitchen, gave me an excellent overview of the work involved and showed me tons of pictures of similar work they had done elsewhere. We had a false start when my range arrived broken, and then the replacement arrived a few weeks later. Both times, Norman was able to schedule the work within a day or two. Norman and his crew cut the counter and installed the range to perfection, accommodating a weird location of the power outlet in the process. They installed the vent hood and exhaust vent outside securely, making sure the height of the hood worked for both my wife and me and the location of the exhaust outside made sense. The combo looks beautiful and it's not possible at all to tell these two appliances didn't always belong in the kitchen. I was also really impressed that they took care of a lot of little things. Just a couple of examples of this: * They covered the entire kitchen and the hardwood floors leading up to it, making sure to leave neither dust / debris nor scratches. The fine granite dust and sawdust would have been a nightmare if they hadn't been careful in the first place. * They used a handheld lift instead of an appliance dolly to avoid any chance of damaging the stainless steel on the range. I highly recommend America's best home improvement for their high quality work and professionalism. I'll be definitely be hiring them again for our next big project.

Norman was very responsive initially, and continued to follow up regularly until our project was ready. Once our stove was onsite, he and his crew got right to work. They completed our stove install in record time and reached out a day or so later just to check and make sure all was still well, which it was. We will be using Americaâ s Best again, and highly recommend that others do so as well!

No job is too small or big for Norman. He is one of the few who responded to my request to remove a gas cooktop and electric wall oven. Norman was easy to work with and his follow through professional. Norman and his crew did an excellent job cutting the counter top so a full size range could slide in. Norman made sure to cap the gas line and installed a new electric box to connect the stove safely. The previous installer had taken a short cut. I highly recommend Norman and his crew for any project needs. I know he is first on my list should any needs arise. He is professional, approachable and has integrity.

The quoted rate was purposely underestimated. I waited days for a call back. I was very disappointed with the bait and switch. He quoted one price then when he got there it was more, for no reason. It was not a complicated job. I had waited so long I felt like I had no choice. His work was good but I did not appreciate the price gouging.

Norman responded quickly to my inquiry and fit me into his schedule. My kitchen disposal quit working and was making a mess under my sink. Even though this was a small job for him, it may a big difference to me. I have a basement finish coming up and he will be the first contractor that I contact for a bid.
