The service was very good. My husband met the technician at the house. He was prompt and explained the enitre heating system to my husband. He also explained what we can do next time instead of a service call. He also gave my husband an analysis of our heating system. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone.

The technician arrived on time, was polite, and went out of his way to make certain that the job was done well. That included quite some time searching for hidden bleed valves. There were some unique aspects to the repair, and Arendosh had an in-house expert that the field technician could call to solicit advice. A couple hours after completing the job, the technician phoned to confirm that the system was working properly.
