They arrived when scheduled, completed the job on time. We had a problem w/ the new thermostat. They have not returned to fix that yet. We're still playing phone tag and trying to find a mutually agreeable date.

The job was to replace a compressor (7 years old - Trane). I've dealt with Arendosh for over 10 years and I was disappointed with the responsiveness (which is why I sent the inquiry to ServiceMagic to begin with), as well as the high price for labor. Ultimately Arendosh installed the new compressor and another issue arose which was corrected. I'm not sure if I will utilize this company again - their technicians were good but I did not feel that I received a high level of customer service the last over the last year. I might recommend them with an explanation of my recent experience against my previously excellent experience.

Excellent service, very knowledgable tech I was completely satisfied with the work Bryan Performed. I have an electrical background and the troubleshooting that I obeserved was very adequate, I will always use and recommend Arendosh for Heating and Cooling Services.

Service and Install was great but the sales person recommended a 2 ton unit instead of a 2.5 unit. This was a bad recommendation. Other than that everything was fine.

I was overwhelmed by the response ServiceMagic was able to provide. By 8:30 the next morning, ALL three companies ServiceMagic recommended called me!!! All three companies quoted me competition service rates to fix my furnace and one (Arendosh) worked with me around MY work hours. The Technician was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and used name brand replacement parts. Compared to the success I was having trying to call around to furnace repair companies on my own, this experience was not only pleasurable, it was AMAZING.
