I find the work done by A to Z Electricâ s electricians to be excellent, and its office staff are the best in customer service. By name they include: Kaitlynn, Quentin, Mike, Nathan. For example, Nathan came to my home in Addison for an electrical problem â lights were flickering on and off all over the house. He called 30 minutes ahead as promised and arrived right on time as scheduled. He was very competent in his expertise and work, and I found him professionally friendly and genuinely concerned. After he found the breaker box was the source of the problem, he explained the reasons why it needed to be replaced in language I could understand. He installed it quickly and efficiently, and no more flickering! Nathan is exceptionally good at what he does, and I am a most satisfied customer of A to Z.

They performed the job exactly as they said they would and at the price they quoted me. I will definitely contact them again should I need any more electrical work performed at my place. They even called me a couple of days after the work was completed to see if I was satisfied with the way they performed the modifications to my system. You can trust these guys to get the job done and get it done right the first time.

I put in the request for an electrician Monday afternoon to see what was wrong with a recurring breaker flip at my sisters' house. Tuesday afternoon the owner and a technician came to look at the problem. Bad news was the whole electrical panel needed changing out for risk of a fire. Thankfully they could come Wednesday to do the work. Grateful they contacted me and got the job done pronto! I'll rest easier knowing my siblings are no longer at risk.
