they got the work done quickly, but in upgrading my electric, a pipe had to be go up thru my aluminum siding and roof, and white stuff around the pipe(to seal the area) was clogged around the pipe, lumpy and ugly, and sticks out like a sore thumb. where my old meter was moved from has no siding now i have to pay someone to repair it. the electrical work they did seems to be ok so far, so i have no complaints at all about that. i am pleased with that, but the goo around the pipe going through my roof and siding is lumpy and ugly.
Response from Company:
The pipe that is going thru the roof is the riser. It is required by code. The work was done with a city permit and we had it inspected. It passed with a green tag. We also performed additional work inside rewiring some plugs which we did not charge for. The siding is where the old service equipment was that we had to remove per code. My bid did not include replacing siding. I would love the opportunity to explain this to the customer. She was very kind and a sweet lady. Mike

A to Z came to the house and verified the work requested. The A/C circuit breaker was a 50 amp but the ne A/C unit required a max 35 amp. This breaker is not common so the tech had to locate the correct item. They had the new one in the next working day in less than 15 minutes.

If you're going to get electrical work done, A-Z is head and shoulders above the rest.
