Bells plumbing responded to my service request within two minutes of sending the request to Angies list. The service tech came within two hours and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within 90 minutes of arrival.
Our shower valve failed open and Coleman responded to our emergency service request and arrived within the hour. Professional installation of the new valve. Fair price for the amount of work. Would use again.
Honest, polite, respectful. Coleman explained everything as he was checking the work he had done. He even called to let us know he would be a few minutes late because he was looking for the right size valve that was needed.

I had some knocking in the pipes which was a bad pressure reducing valve. I had them replace it at the cost of $500. I was expecting an itemized invoice showing part cost with hourly rate but only received flat charge. Didn’t give me confidence on charge. I searched online and found estimates to be around $350. It took less than an hour to fix. Although they were very quick and efficient I would have liked to see a more thorough bill.
They responded immediately. Arrived on time and performed the needed repair quickly and professionally at a reasonable price point. Will use again!
I initially posted a scathing review of Bells Plumbing based upon the extensive work carried out (and messed up) by one of its employees. Subsequently, however, I was contacted by owner Jeremy Bell, who came out and inspected the work done (and not done). He agreed that his employee had done a bad and incomplete job and promised to make it right. In a matter of a couple of hours he had already fixed to of the most glaring issues and promised fix the rest tomorrow. His prompt and very effective intervention really dramatically improved my view of Bells Plumbing.
Jeremy came today did the job in 20 minutes charged a reasonable price. Very satisfied
