Jeremy was very helpful. I am a new home owner and did not know how to navigate the insurance system. Jeremy was patient working with me and was able to provide valuable insight into how to approach and fix our home plumbing problem. He even offered and helped sub-contract out access to the plumbing, which allowed my girlfriend and I to maintain our standard working hours during this event. Thanks again. 5 out of 5 stars.

Our old water heater suddenly quit working. We appreciate the quick response from Neighborhood Plumbing to our call. The new water heater was installed quickly, professionally and works great.

The repair was done professionally. All plumbing repairs seem to be costly. I was happy with the work but he could not meet the original estimate which was dissapointing.

Loved that he came in the time frame he specified, explained to me what was going on with the drain and why it was having issues, cleared clogs without any issues and did so in a timely manner and didn't cost an arm and a leg!
