I absolutely love Ben Franklin Plumbing. I can ALWAYS count on them to help us when we need them! We had Vincent & Brandon (I hope I didn't get Vincent's co-worker's name wrong) this morning to fix one of our water closets. As usual, they are ALWAYS friendly, fast, efficient, and do quality work! We have been customers of Ben Franklin for years. My wife & I wouldn't call anyone else. Ben Franklin has the friendliest, most competent employees around. THANK YOU ALL!!!

New gas grill and outdoor sink required bath natural gas and plumbing. Both required permits and inspections. Quoting process was detailed which resulted in a very clean installation and permit approvals. Josh was detail oriented and thorough.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Eric Charron and Bradley his assistant, from The Plumbing Experts. We have only been in our house for less than 2 years and now were experiencing septic problems. We chose this company based upon very good reviews and are not disappointed. Eric arrived on time and went to work. He explained how he would evaluate the problem as well as overall system condition and why. Once he located the problem and corrected it he gave us the good news that our system was in better shaped than we initially feared. He also gave us good advice on maintaining our system going forward. We will definitely use The Plumbing Experts for all of our plumbing needs going forward. Very Happy!

At 6 p.m., noticed water heater leaking water all over basement floor. Ben Franklin was able to come out that evening. Arrived at 8 p.m., removed old heater and installed new one. Done by about 11:15. Did a great job. Slept well.
