Carlos Bailon (Senior Home Inspector), came to my home and provided a free thorough inspection of my home from the top down, then made recommendations and promised to perform all of the necessary work at a reasonable price with a warranty. I am very pleased with the results. Carlos is very professional and knowledgeable about his profession and it shows in the quality of work his team provides. After the work was performed Carlos followed up with me and is available anytime I have a question or concern. I highly recommend BioGuard if you have rodents in your attic or need a quality roof insulation project at a reasonable price.

My experience with Bioguard was exceptional. I am so happy I found this company and Carlos. He was so assuring and helpful throughout the entire process. He wasn't able to come same day because my inquiry was later during the day but he called same night and gave some pointers to make it through the night. He came some time the next day and inspected my unit inside and out. He was able to give me advice of how and where the pest enter my house and ways to help the issue. He gave preventive services w/out a fee and helped me and my family gain some security and relieved us of some worries we have while waiting on our property owners to respond. I really appreciate all that he did for us and will be using Biogurad going forward for all pest concerns. Thanks again Carlos you are very much appreciated, he is definitely a person not in it for the money but for his customers.

I met with Carlos to provide an inspection and then follow-on estimate for additional attic insulation.... Carlos provided a very thorough review and explanation.....he then followed up our discussion with providing me a reasonable estimate for some quality work.... I definitely recommend BioGuard for bot insulation concerns and also for pest control....dealing with BioGuard was a terrific experience and they will get my future business!

I was helped above and beyond the call of duty by Carlos Bailon concerning some work done last year. There were minor issues, which were dealt with to my satisfaction and a major issue, unrelated to the work done by Bioguard Pest Control in regard to my hot water heater leaking. I was quite stressed out until this issue got solved, but Carlos Bailon advocated for me with another company (as I was a basket case) , and over time the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. I don't know the name of the Bioguard insulation installer who came recently to rectify the minor issue under the house, but he also was outstanding. Super polite, fast, etc. Now my mind is at ease. Great company and no pressure sales pitches.

Do No Hire This Company! I hired this company to come out and do a termite/moisture inspection on the house I'm trying to buy. By the time this guy got done telling me all the things wrong with my house, I thought the house would collapse in on itself. Thank God I had the Home Inspector there the same day and they went under the crawl after this company and the home inspector cannot understand why Bioguard said what they said. Bioguard showed me all these pictures of mold that was supposed to been in the crawl space and the home inspector only found 1 spot that was not as bad as Bioguard made it out to be. Then, on top of it, Bioguard was pushing to up-sell all this work that needed to be done. SO GLAD, I listened to my gut and didn't pay to have his report written up. I'll get someone else to redo the termite/moisture test. Beware of Bioguard and run when they show up!

Great service

Carlos gave me an estimate that was fair, work done this week and I am very satisfied with the job. It was a small insulation job in my attic storage room. I called several other insulation companies and either the job was to small or their estimate was way high. I would recommend BioGuard and use again.
