The only thing: They boarded up any spaces where rodents could get in & now I have them again. The workers were great. They put in new vents & even big crawl space place & it looks great.

The salesman, who gave me the estimate stated they would seal up the exterior of the house and seal up entrances into home from under the crawl space, wrap up a broken air conduit underneath the house, & put rodent traps in the house. However, the workers stated they were not told to seal up underneath the house or place traps in the house. I called the office to complain, the workers returned next day to put down glue traps, but entrances underneath the house were not sealed. The workmen were great and professional, but the salesman made promises he failed to pass on to the the work crew.

The crew was fast , professional and able to answer all of our questions. They came evaluated and did not pressure us. They cleaned up after themselves and I will definitely use them again.

they were very quick to respond to my request for a pest control company. i found them to be very professional and wanting to help with my need, since this is rental property, they had to wait and get a date that my renter was available, i purchased a yearly plan.
