They did show up on time and the quality of work was acceptable, but they did some minor damage and didn't say anything, and I ended up having to repair it. You can see my review on their site. I would not recommend this company.

I think it was pricey, but there are not a lot of companies in this area that will eradicate rodents and remove/replace blown-in insulation in the attic, so the choices were slim; I tried to get more than two estimates, but was not able to do so; I would have had to hire one company for the insulation part and one for the rodent part; the technicians, Jonathan and Eric, were very professional and did their job well, despite the equipment woes they experienced on the first day; customer service is mainly via email, and there's not a name of a person on the email, it simply says customer service, so when you call the office, you need to ask who sent the email to which you refer; main kudos go to the techs, they answered all questions, even while I pestered with questions and explained everything they were doing. They are a wonderful asset to their company. Despite the cost, my attic is well sealed, and the new insulation is doing its job well.

Wow. Yesterday Carlos and Joe came to my house, took a look gave me an estimate that I could live with, well within my budget, compared to the other competitors, and I did shop around. I hired them right away. I was hoping to get them in and out before thanksgiving and they showed up the next day (today) and did an outstanding job. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Bioguard. I will be looking to hire them again for my next project next year after the holidays.

Great job eradicating rodents, putting down a vapor barrier and sealing crawlspace. We had 2 previous companies who struggled to eradicate rodents, bioguard did the job right away and we've had no further problems for over a year. Sales staff and techs were polite, fastidious and diligent.

Carlos and Joe provided an inspection of my attic and also gave me a quote for pest control. They did a great job and beat their competitors price (I had 2 other estimates) by over half. I'll hire them again!

Carlos was ready to respond to my request, the attention was great. I got a free quote for my home insulation. I agree with the price and next day Carlos and his team were home fixing my insulation. My home feel way better now. It was great doing bussiness with bioguard.

Carlos did thorough inspection of the attic & told me how much it need to improve my insulation. The crew show up on time & after 3 hours they're down upgrading my insulation in my attic. They fold their mat & nothing to clean up. I even sign up a contract for pest control, now i don't see no cockroaches inside my home but dead ones outside (patio). Thanks BioGuard

From the estimator to the folks performing the work, great to deal with. Actually did what they said they would for the amount quoted. Would hire them again.

BioGuard is great! I was hearing rodents in attic. My previous pest control company told me I had mice. They were never, in 8+ years, able to get rid of them. I finally called BioGuard. Carlos did thorough inspection of the attic and told me I had roof rats and American cockroaches. I signed a contract on Saturday. On Monday two workers cleaned and disinfected the attic, closed entry points and added insulation. I haven't heard rodents since! They also replaced loose foundation vents. They were very professional; cleaned up when they finished. Carlos came back two days later to inspect, treat for the roaches and inspect the encapsulated crawl space - going above and beyond the contracted work. The air quality has improved; breathing is easier (I'm allergic to cockroaches) and it's great not to hear those scurrying and gnawing noises in my ceiling and walls. I will have them come back to add insulation under the house and replace my crawl space dehumidifier. I've canceled my contract with Orkin. BioGuard is much better and costs less!
