John W. came to the house promptly after my phone call and gave me a very quick and affordable estimate to solve my water problem in my basement. Blue planet installed french drains, (2) sump pumps, plumbing work and electrical work in a timely and organized manner. John and his team did an incredible job, I would highly recommend Blue Planet to anyone of my friends or family. Thanks John

John and his team were wonderful! Yes, wonderful!â I had checked out quite a few companies over several years and interviewed many other companies to correct the water problems in my walkout basement. The Blue Planet team was incredible. They were on schedule and over delivered on every aspect of my project. They did exactly as they said, it made me wish I had fixed the water problem sooner. Everything in my basement is looking so much better than it did before their work. And of course the basement is dry.

Blue planet was very professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Their pricing was extremely competitive . We had multiple contractors come to our house and we are so happy we went with Blue Planet ! The quality of work was amazing and they went above and beyond in all aspects of the job from start to finish. I highly recommend Blue planet ! It will be the best decision you will make for any home improvement .

I hired the company to do a mold remediation service, when they showed up they did a mold test. After they received the test mold back, they kinda scared my wife and I into rushing to get the mold removed. Quality of the work was good. After they did the work communication started to change and we started to get suspicious. We hired a second company to do a testing and a consulting. We found out they overcharged us by 13k and we had a secondary source of mold. We then had a discussion with Blue Planet, they were going to charge us more money to remove the mold after what they already charged us. When I confronted him about over charging us he got very angry. Over all he agreed to do the second part for free. After the second part was completed we contacted a third company for a consolation, we found the work to be done correctly but that they have over charged us 13k We contacted Blue Plant to get a final mold test and they tried to charge us 250.00. I told them that was inappropriate because they have already overcharged us 13k He flew into a rage and was terminating his relationship with us and would not do anymore work. He hung up the phone on me and I would not recommend hiring this company. Edit- yes I made typos in the original post that I fixed. Itâ s my fault for not proof reading it . I never used any foul language with john or his workers And unfortunately john is trying to discredit my review by claiming that I was under the influence. What john doesnâ t know is that I donâ t drink at all or use drugs . This is just a slanderous attack. Itâ s sad that he has to sink to this level .. heâ s resorting to these tactics to undermine my review to try to force me to remove it..And to whoever reads this review, this is the type of behavior you can expect if you write a negative review of this company or are unhappy with his work. All you have to do to see reviews that he canâ t bully you into taking down is go to yelp ..John â guaranteesâ his work but refused to stand by it . We now have involved lawyers to try to get some our money back . Also , in my original post I didnâ t mention that his crew made unnecessary cuts in the Sheetrock that need to be repaired (I sent pictures to john) They threw thousands of dollars worth of tools into plastic bags along with previously opened paint cans . The cans fortunately didnâ t open even though they were very careless. And we had baseboard heaters that they never put back together as they had stated they would ..

Chris is dishonest and not at all accurate in his review. Complete fabrication of events and incredibly despicable behavior. Case in point, he says we overcharged him by $1300.00 and then he says it is $8,000.00. I am not sure if drugs or alcohol were involved while he attempted to iterate his review, but the rest of our reviews on home advisor and google speak for themselves. Nobody from our company ever flew into a rage. In fact, we finally terminated the last call with him when he resorted to vulgar language and and incomprehensible commentary. All calls are recorded and this individuals bizarre behavior is indeed memorialized for legal reasons. And additionally, we informed Chris M that if he could find a company with the same licenses and certifications to perform the exact scope of work apples to apples that we did for less, we would happily refund the difference. Of course Chris M was unable to back up his claims and provide anybody willing to work with him. There are all kinds of people in the world and all of our clients are wonderful. We wish Chris M the best of luck and sincerely hope he gets the help he needs!

We sure are confused by you Beverly. You hired us to do testing in your attic because you suspected microbial contamination. We consulted with you and advised the testing using an independent EPA-certified laboratory, the inspection, the analysis, and our protocol would all cost $450.00. You paid us to do this. The results came back showing you indeed do have contamination as you suspected. We gave you a proposal AND a credit of $450.00 towards the work. We regret that you are unable to afford the remediation services. We strive towards excellent customer service and always are willing to work with a client no matter their financial circumstance. In fact, we often donate our services in cases like yours. In this case, we would prefer to refund the fee. Best of luck to you! - The Blue Planet Team.
