He is too overpriced. To replace some trim and redo the chimney area and paint and caulk he is charging $9,725. Just for painting, caulking & prep it was $7,375. I tried cancelling it the day after I signed the paperwork and gave him the downpayment but he stated I can't cancel as it is non-refundable deposit of $2,300. There is a law that a person can cancel within a 3 day period, and he states that what is written on his contract is the law. I am 80 years old and normally I like to think overnight before doing something like this.

This rating is beyond our understanding, as we on or contracts state and go over every item including the scope of work and the standards of our contracts and deposit which once signed is non refundable. And we always have the customer read and sign before any funds are awarded to our company. We were on the fence about accepting this job as two other contractors had performed work and where not paid as stated by the home owner. As for the age of this lady is does not matter what age you are there are no age limits to be a scam artist. She is scamming every contractor that performs work by complaining about it when work is being performed so

Andrew and his brother did a great job! They are punctual, friendly, answer all questions clearly, and leave the area clean when they finish. I will definitely hire them again.

Awesome to work with! quick, polite, went above and beyond on the repair and install (they installed a metal hose reel on my hardy board siding & fixed the holes that I left when I tried to hang it :) )

Brinegar is HORRIBLE about being on time. I had painting done last week and they left some work undone. I paid them thinking everything was done and I have had to wait more than a week for the contractor to come see the unfinished work. He told me he told his brother to do the work and since it is on my neighbor's side and in her yard; I did not know it was not done. He was supposed to be here Monday, changed to Thursday at 8:30 a.m. and he finally showed up at 3pm! He did not have his tools and says he will be back next Monday or Tuesday. Again I have to WAIT!!! Do not hire them. I cannot believe Home Advisor has any association with them. I had a small project done by them about 3 months ago and thought they could handle a big project. I was so wrong. I hope they come and finish the work next week sometime next Monday or Tuesday and who knows at what time. It is very inconvenient because I have things to do, places to go to, and cannot be held in suspense as to when they will come. I am very DISAPPOINTED in their consideration for my time.

Contractor did not listen to me and continued with his substandard work. Left bulging siding where i could 4 fingers under it. Left rotted section and only replaced 18 inches of trim on from door, Was totally ignored as i told them what was wrong. I am really surprised they are still listed on HomeAdvisor
