Nate the Great was the tech that sprayed for me. He was really professional and respectful of our door sign. We have a handicap dog with only 3 legs who cannot run well and if people knock he can hurt himself by running. Nate just waited patiently in the cold for me to come out to give direction of what we wanted sprayed. Excellent service!

Our Technician today was Connor Evans. He provided excellent service today. He texted to notify us he was on his way and when to expect his arrival. He listened to all of our concerns. He was thorough and explained all the treatments he was applying. We had a new mice problem, so he went above and beyond to check the bait boxes and add in extra traps to vulnerable areas. Connor was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He took the time and provided outstanding service. We are so happy to have Bulwark as our pest control company.

The technician, Connor, called to let us know he was coming prior to his arrival and was on time. He answered all questions we had. He let us know each process he was doing and when follow-up would be expected. The project has just commenced so we have no outcomes to report today.
