I hired them because of the reviews listed. They didn't show up for the first apt nor did they call. They finally showed up the second time, but they didn't finish the job. Said they would come back in a few days. Waited a week, no show. Called again to reschedule, but they had my account under a totally different name. When they finally got that straightened out, they didn't bother to show up, no call, nothing. I then received a bill for the full price, but it was addressed to the wrong person. I called them and told them I shouldn't have to pay for the full price since they didn't complete the job. They said they would send someone out again,. AGAIN, no show, but they sent me a bill again for the full price. Since their call center is not local, I don't know how they do business. It may just be here locally they have problems, but I for one will not use them again unless you like being cheated. I wish it could be a lower rating.
Chose over national company was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. just hired will update further as i use them more

TECH VERY FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED PROCEDURES BEFORE APPLYING SERVICES REQUESTED
I have 5 cats and a flea problem started in March with the warmer weather. I looked on Angie's list read the reviews and chose Bulwark. The customer service agent was very friendly but did not tell me I needed to do some prep of the house before the technician showed up. When he came we had to reschedule a week so as to get the prep done. He spoke of a list that customer service would send us. The next week, the tech called the day before to confirm the appt. He told me he'd be at my house between 8:30-9:00am...he did not show until 10:00 am (no call). Meanwhile, the list of prep was never sent so we winged it. Thankfully, we did enough for him to exterminate. Service was good and he was friendly. All in all, not bad just annoying. Bulwark needs to work on communication between their customer service dept. and their techs. I felt price was fair for the size of the house and he sprayed they exterior too.
They said there no bugs had entomologist try to confirm and now am being treated for case bearing moths that have destroyed clothes, carpet etc. It has cost me over 15 K for new wooden floors and tearing out over 2000 sq. feet of rug. Thanks a million !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
