Jason Mann is the man. I've been dealing with mice for a few months. All the Bulwark guys have been good, but Jason went above and beyond. He walked me through step-by-step what I needed to do, and what they were going to do. He was thorough, patient and helpful. He went above and beyond and really took the time (and it was extra time) to address the concerns and leave me better than he found me. I certainly wasn't looking to make a change and go somewhere else, but most likely will be a long-term customer because of this single service call. Would highly recommend.

The service was great. Bryan showed up right as scheduled, walked with me to understand the problem areas and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to be doing. I had some questions about my dogs and the pesticides he would be using and he did a great job explaining any risks and what I needed to do to keep them safe. Bryan recapped the service with me when he was finished, let me know what he did, exactly what he put down and where. He covered how to reach him if I had any problems or questions, and how I could schedule an extra service if needed. I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and his level of customer service. I would definitely recommend this company, and if it was possible, I would recommend Bryan specifically!

Trevor was prompt, professional, and thorough. He took care of the wasp nests around the hose, sprayed for spiders, and even completed a garage spray. Bulwark Exterminators are good. Pests don't like them we love 'em
