CJ Heating &Mechanical did an excellent and efficient repair of the boiler and installation of natural gas piping for our church. They were always courteous and professional. We plan to call them again if there are future repairs.

they were very responsive and the job got done on time. Not without some nervousness on my part as to whether they could get the COI that my building requires in time to get the work done when I needed it. But they did, and the work was quickly and well done.

We hired Charlie of CJ Heating and Mechanical to complete a medical office of general plumbing and medical gas installation for an Operating Suite. He represented that he had all of the proper certifications for this service. After he was paid in full, he never returned to ensure that the system was in working order and without leaks. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, he never returned my calls. Now I need to have it ripped out and spend $16000 to have it done correctly by properly licensed professionals. Yes, he lied and is not certified to install medical gas systems. I should have realized there was a problem when he gave me the insurance of another company while he did the work. Charlie thinks he can get away with this. Too bad for him complaints with NYVDOB and with plumbing authority will be filed. Also, yes the courts are the proper forum for such despicable behavior.

National grid deactivated my gas line because they discovered gas leaks inside my home. Needed a plumber to repair the leak and file the permits to activate the line. These guys had several paperwork issues that delayed the job for weeks. Delayed the project so long, that I needed another plumber to come in to supersede their work. Very stressful working with these guys, for me and my family. Would not reccommend.

As of 5/23/18, we are still waiting on this company to have a new gas meter installed. $2500.00 down payment made on 4/21/18. A 2 week job still not done.

CJ responded to my request in a timely manner and kept me informed of their arrival time to perform the work. Work was ,performed to my satisfaction and within the time promised. Very satisfied with this company.
