I have used other companies in the past. What surprised about Charlie was that he really took his time to understand the problem and fix it. His knowledge and professionalism was remarkable and very fair on the price. Will definitely hire him in the future.

Only complain I have is their appointment time. They were late for 4 whole hours late for the initial appointment and 2 whole hours late for actual construction day. I had to cancel my assignment for my work, it was very unfortunate. But they are neat, pleasant and efficient workers, I'll still recommend. .

My apartment management requires a lot of paperwork anytime natural gas work is done. Once all necessary forms were completed, the plumber showed up at my door right on time. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing. He told me he would have to cut a hole in the wall to move the gas stub, and asked if that would be okay. He was very careful and did a very professional job in a short amount of time. Overall it was a very good experience.

When this company originally came out they were going to charge me a certain amount for the job and that price was set in the contract that was made between me and the contractor. The contractor then changed his price during the job. Job isn't finished. Would never recommend this business.
