They were over 2 hours late from their arrival window. After they were finished one of the guys spent about 20 minutes in my bathroom and stunk the place up! Not cool.

Front Range, first off the 2 guys from the Springs that came an did the install I can not give enough credit to they did a great job an stayed super late to finish before Christmas. Even though they complained of being tired they stayed. The crew was apparently short handed this being the reason why the job took so long. As for clean up an or wall tape covering/tape off I did these things prior to install an tore down after an I had a huge mess to clean but that is not the two guys fault I solely put that on the company for under staffing the crew sent. Honestly I feel like I should get a partial refund for having to do these things myself, considering I was helping as a 3rd crew member; myself with the help of the install, If I had'nt the guys would'nt have gotten the job done. That being said my review towards the crew that came, outstanding they get a 5 star good job guys. Customer service gets a 1 star for now depending on how they see my review an if they feel the same way I do may update in future. Now value for my money ok heres what I think. The cost of materials fair, the work perfomance by the 2 individuals was fair, the performance of the material is definately not as impactful as the owner/seller stated but it does do a reasonable job for the accoustic sounds that were present. In conclusion I feel I paid top dollar for meh.

We are happy with the turnout but wish a few of our personal items had not been damaged or thrown out in the clean up process. We are very satisfied with the installation process; however, we feel the estimate should have been revisited when the work order was simplified by the installer.
