Reviews
Write a ReviewDaBella did a great job. My new roof and gutters are beautiful. Roofing crew was very diligent about protecting my dad's memorial tree in the front yard. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall is that I wasn't told when the gutter installers were coming and they left long, bent, gutter nails and gutter trimmings in my yard that I found with my lawnmower blade. Overall, though, this is a great company to work with. The GAF roofing system is amazing and my roof doesn't look like any other roof in my neighborhood. The special air circulation areas are very different from what many roofers do, and I get a lot of comments about them. The roofing crew was very accommodating and patiently answered my questions and concerns as they progressed through the project. They ripped off 3 layers of roofing and replaced more than half of the sheathing in one day and installed the new roof in 1 day. 2 days for a new roof is amazing. Being a first-time homeowner and this being my first major renovation on my 1978-built home, it was a lot more expensive than I ever dreamed a new roof/gutters would cost. I'm not saying they were overpriced, but that I had a bit of sticker-shock after the quote. Even so, I had a very old, sad, 3-layer roof, 2 active leaks in the attic, and absolutely worthless banged-up gutters. Sierra M was great and was the only roofing contractor to inspect my attic and took pictures of everything she found on the roof and in the attic space. She explained What was wrong with the old roof and gutters and why things needed to be done. DaBella was the only roofing company who did an inspection and took pictures. I'll definitely have them back to replace the windows a little farther down the road. :)
miss represented by entire process. work done in repairs. time. financing, No contractor. No work order in place. All was not done as presented. Many issues with all. Hope the roof put on was the one we talked about for 4 hours???
Roofing project almost complete and siding hasn't started yet but, so far, excellent customer service, timeliness, thorough clean-up after each day and completed sections look great.
DaBella's representatives and installers are excellent to work with. Starting with the field sales person right to the job captain this company was excellent to work with. We were given a 4-6 week time frame and our roof is now complete after only 2 weeks gone. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
The salesmen made the process of getting a new roof extremely easy. I would hire them again. The contractor they hired were very quick and efficient and got the job done in less than 3 days. they even worked through a wind storm!
Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Answered any and all questions.
Get other estimates first! High pressure sales tactic used (fell for it), a second estimate after signing with DaBella, was 30% less than my cost using the same product, warranty etc., a difference of $4,200. I also have tar stains on my siding from the roof removal that I will need to remove, plus I spent a couple hours cleaning up roof staples from my driveway and street so my neighbors and myself wouldn't get flat tires; these were supposed to be collected by the contractor with a magnet.
THEY WERE UNORGANIZED AND UNRESPONSIVE TO INQUIRES . It took a number of phone calls to finally just to get them to acknowledge that they had my job. After over four weeks the got around to measuring the roof after my demanding the do something.
Congratulations on your brand new roof! While we apologize for the frustration you had with our standard operating procedures, please be assured that our procedures are in place to best serve our customers. At the time of your initial call, your contract had not yet been released to the production department, and therefore they did not have record of it at the time. And as our install team were calling the "best number to call" as requested on the contract, they had been speaking to your spouse with the updates. Also, as your project was well within the projected timeline discussed with you and indicated on the contract, your measure took place when anticipated as well as the installation of your new roof. Again we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and even though we cannot change your experience, if we can ever be of service in the future, we would certainly consider it a privilege. Thank you for being valued DaBella Exteriors customers. ? Quality Control | DaBella Exteriors LLC
Our sales rep was responsive to our needs. They were willing to negotiate on their pricing to ensure that they were competitive with other bids.
DaBella hired a subcontractor for the job and they were very easy to work with and did a great job - Wright Bros. If we had hired Wright brothers directly, we would have had an estimate about $4000 less for our roof. There was an incorrect estimation of the amt of plywood we would need which DaBella was great about covering so our final $ came in at we was signed at the beginning.
