Overall I have no problem with the work that was done however some of the company policies I was not all that happy with. First I had to pay a fee for somebody to come out which did get refunded as long as I hired them. But then when the guy showed up he did the repair than gave me the cost of the repair. At that point I did not really have much of a choice but to pay it which I thought was pretty high for the very little work that he had to do.

Overall good service and not too expensive.

We were most satisfied overall. The final paint job was a little messy. Got some paint on our cool deck and a 20 foot shade.

Can't see the top roof but what I can see is fine . The two gentlemen did their work in the suggested time and everything was cleaned up nicely.

Workers were always polite and professional .

The workers went out of their way to do a great job. My impression was that they new exactly what to do, they even hosed down a part of my roof that was clogged with leaves and other stuff.

They were prompt and got the job done quickly, but right.

They did a really good job.

They gave me a solid inspection and provided the estimate. Took two weeks to get on their schedule and the day the work was to be performed they called and doubled the estimate.

They responded quickly to our call that rain was coming into our dining room. They called when they were enroute with an ETA. They corrected several problems left by our previous roofer (NOT hired thru Home Advisor) including the leak. Returned the next day to replace several broken tiles. Very professional and courteous; left the job site cleaner than they found it.
