    Actually the repair ended up being for a tile roof. The estimate seemed fair at the time, but the work took far less time than I expected and didn't require much in the way of materials, which made the hourly rate quite high. The workers were prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They took pictures of the work performed, which I think is a GREAT idea. It remains to be seen whether or not the repairs will prevent leaks in the future, but I was warned that the roof really needs to be completely replaced, so... All in all, I'm happy with the company and would use their services again.

    They had to be call back to redo the work and they were very slow in returning the deposit . They told me they would be here on Monday or Tuesday, to review my complaints, they did not show up or call until Wednesday Even though they came back and redid the original work, it was a better job the second time, just not a first rate job. I would not use them again.

    He took two weeks to do a 2 day job. Customer service was bad, they did not show up or call on the first day. When the work was done, there was paint on the patio and the pool deck. Also, the plaster work was very bad around the ceiling. They told us we were too picky on the work they were doing. We signed off, gave them the money. Feel like we were price gauged. We just wanted to get rid of them and paid way too much money. When we did complain about the paint, they sent a guy out but couldn't remove the paint. The original estimate was for the roof work and the repair of plaster board, but more work needed to be done. I suggested an idea that they went with, to box the ceiling in, but charged us way too much extra and they used our paint.

    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
