I didnÂ’t realize that they were not going to put the fixtures back that they took down. I was also disappointed that they did not vacuum the carpet afterwards.

l may have misunderstood the billing process. i was quoted a price for the service and told to pay an up front price to reserve a start date. after work was completed, i was billed the full price with no allowance for what was paid upfront.

Overall good price for popcorn ceiling removal project. Somewhat frustrating in their follow-up customer service as many customers have reported in their reviews. Don was very responsive to the initial work request and is licensed to install recessed lighting. The initial assessment was communicated through FaceTime, which I think that's definitely a smart way to take advantage of technology. No in-home assessment was required prior to the work. The removal of popcorn ceiling and installation of recessed lights were done within 1 workday. We are very satisfied with their efficacy UNTIL one of the recessed light went out a few hours after installation. We then contacted them for replacement. Don Jr. came next day to check the light without bringing a backup light for replacement. He then placed an order for replacement and promised that we should expect the replacement to arrive in one week. In the interim, I have not been contacted by this company for follow-up. In addition, I have not received the replacement light.

THIS COMPANY WAS THE BEST PRICE AROUND AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND INCLUDING DOING EXTRA SERVICES FOR FREE. THE JOB WAS A LITTLE MESSY BUT , WHAT DO YOU EXPECT LOL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LACKING A LITTLE BUT OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I HAD SOME CONCERNS BECAUSE OF ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON YELP BUT SOON FOUND OUT THAT THE REVIEWS WERE VERY INACCURATE. GIVE THEM A SHOT GREAT COMPANY. FAMILY COMPANY !!!!!!!!
