Customer service was great. No problems in communication. Extremely good with cleanup. We had a problem with flicking lights in the bed room where we had recessed lighting installed. Came out next day and switch was replaced. Told us to call them if we still had any issues. Would definitlely recommend.

I found Don to be very helpful with my job. He filled me in on what could be done over the phone and his website really helped me on deciding what type of ceiling texture to use. His crew was on time and completed the job as scheduled. They were able to remove my popcorn ceiling and install new lights in just one day. I am very happy with the job and would recommend them to anyone.

Don and his son were very polite. The acoustic removal, texture, lighting and paiting was all completed on time. Not as clean a finish as we expected but overall we are happy with the results.

Don was very quick to contact me and to offer me a great price after I described the size, ceilings, of my home. I was also getting painting estimates at the time and all the painters quoted me at least $1000 more than Don to remove the popcorn ceilings (not their specialty). Don fit me into a cancellation he had the next day and his team was courteous and friendly. They did a great job of removing the popcorn ceilings and installed several recessed lights. I do wish I had pre-arranged with the painters he recommends to come in right after to paint the ceilings. The whole process was painless and completely transformed the look of the house.

Don was professional and his team was also professional. The install lacked some attention to detail. The lip of the canister lights is not perfecetly plum with the ceiling, so the lights extend past the ceiling and have a small gap. One of the the light switches was upside installed upside down. The lights in the can light were not left perfect centered so I had to go to each can luight and try and center the can lights

Don was very professional with a qia;lifgied and professional staff. I am 100% content with t heir job. There were minor adjustmensts to the can lights that I did, but other than that the install and texture of the ceiling was top-notch. I would hiighly recommend this outfit to anyone.
