The job overall was good. The problem was that they left a very big mess for me to clean up. Water in the carpet. Six big beasch towels and five more regular towels to get it up and a fan running on the site for 4 days, with the windows open. I am still concerened about mold. Time will tell. Alot of clean up. Dust everywhere in the house, scraping and plaster on all of perimeter. I expected some but this was excessive.

We had Don remove the popcorn ceilings in our 1700 SF home and install recessed lighting in our family room. For both the estimate and the work, they showed up on time. They finished the work in a single day and were professional and courteous. There was some cleanup for us - but it was not bad. I'm giving 4 stars for customer service because additional electrical services and black can lights, which were requested over the telephone after the initial estimate, were not communicated to the work crew. Just make sure all your changes are written on the work order. They did a good job of the items they knew to do.

Don's people were super friendly but I was a little disappointed by the mess it caused to my existing paint on the walls, I didn't expect for so much of it to come off with the taping. Be prepared to do a LOT of touch-up painting. They did a good job cleaning up the mess, though. They quoted me over the phone before seeing the place, so I was a bit disappointed they charged more to do the orange peel ceiling, but, live and learn. For the price they did a decent job and finished within one day.
