This is our second time working with Empire Home Remodeling. We purchased windows and a sliding door back in 2021. Now we are on the market for a front door. Alec came out (same guy after 2 years) on his day off (birthday) to work with us. The products shown were great (variety and quality) and the price is fair compared to the competion. Highly recommend this company.

The estimate and quoting process for Empire Home Remodeling windows in our living room and three seasons sun porch went great. Alec was thorough, personable and answered all of our questions. He didn't just try to sell us on their products but took the time to explain how windows work and the differences between Empire's products and the competition. Overall great experience. 10/10 recommend.

Product is to be completed by the Amish HGI and weather timelines decide installation/etc. Alec, the Rep, hung in w/me as I, an older woman had to dot the i's and cross the t's. Flexibility w/me was important and look forward to the installation by Empire.
