The salesman & installation team were very professional, it was easy to change the install date; and I got great, name brand carpet at an excellent price!

Workers and work went great. Didnt aggree or expect I had to pay for entire job before start. Was not explained.

Nice installation, though the rules and rights should have been handed to me BEFORE the job began. Though Empire did not actually have the floor they advertised, the one they installed is nice. The price was all right but...they left me with three full boxes of engineered floor for which I paid. The materials estimate was too high. Even considering waste, there shouldn't have been two-thirds of a room remaining. Guess I'll make some luxury bird houses for Christmas.

They came and worked their magic. Our floors are awesome. We are so thankful for a job well done. They were here on time, kind and friendly while working so hard. I really appreciate how they changed the look of this house. They are great!!!

Never again...the contractors didnâ t hang plastic, as promised, between the other rooms of the house, did not resecure the dishwasher, damaged wooden cabinets, furniture and got dust all through the house. It took four months to get reimbursed for carpet cleaning and less than two years later some tiles are cracked and the grout is coming out in several places. Iâ m disgusted.

Jackie & B Flooring did the install of our vinyl plank flooring and they did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond in helping me get the rooms ready and putting them back together. Very friendly.I highly recommend Home Advisors, Jackie & B Flooring and Empire. The outcome was wonderful.

This appears to be a bait and switch operation at its finest. The advertisements say that if you pay for one room of flooring at full cost, all the other rooms will be half off. The problem is, though, they have upped the price of the initial flooring so much, that there is no savings to be had. Also, when the crew got to my house, they said they needed to build an entire sub floor, which the original guy did not calculate, and that cost another grand. Their flooring prices are not competitive. The only reason I went with them is the financing, which allowed me with only $500 down to get some new flooring on credit. I will not be using them again.

I rated them as I did, because I had to fight them to get my install done right and I stored their carpet in my garage for 30 days. All while trying to get them to come back and finish said job. Warehouse manager would not return my calls and was told it was all my fault by other managers...
