Warren came to our house promptly and was very professional. He took his time to listen to the problems we had with those pesky black ants and inspected the house thoroughly to see where they were coming from. He placed the poisons in various places in our home and since we have inside dogs he took that into consideration. He also took the time to give us advice and look at the outside premises and inspected throughly. We were treated with great respect and wouldn't think of hiring anyone else. Our minds are at ease knowing that he will be coming monthly for who knows what the warmer weather will bring. Thank you Warren! 👍

Although we were unhappy with the skunk issue we had, we still felt the removal had to be humane and were glad to find out this company could do this. Just wish the cost wasn't as big as the pest was.

Warren was very professional and helpful with advice. I hired them to help with squirrels, mice and pat racks that entered the house rafters after the squirrels had tunneled in! It has taken some time, but finally things seem to be getting under control. Warren humanely trapped and released about 5 squirrels. He would pick them up within 24 hours of their capture.

It did not start off good, First of all they did not show up at 1:30 on Friday. I then called then at 4:50pm to find out the reason the technician had not show up. Seems the technician was not given the ticket for my home inspection. Apparently the ticket was misplaced. However, the technician did show up at 6pm and Trish deducted $10 off the service. Overall it was good service, they just need to work on their scheduling and contact he Customer when there is a delay or problem "before" the customer calls them.

Not only did Warren carefully power wash off all of the many wasp nests on our house, but the company reps helped us address snakes and rodents around are house. I have called on this company several times this summer and everyone at this company has been friendly and professional and responsive. They are the only company I will ever use for pest and rodent removal. This company alwaus provided quality service.
