They showed up on time and were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and their prices were reasonable. I will definitely use their services again, if I ever have insect or rodent problems in the future.

I thought I had termites in my living room ceiling from all the sawdust that had been accumulating. But Mr. Offutt told me it was carpenter ants, not termites. I contracted with his company to do both carpenter ant and termite treatments. He wasn't sure that he "got" all the carpenter ants because not that many fell from the open beams in the ceiling and said he would come back if another treatment was warranted, but so far, they are gone. The termiticide also seems to have taken care of the tiny ants in my kitchen and the bigger ants out on the patio. I recommend them and would use them again if I needed it! They are prompt and thorough.

Great guys, excellent knowlegde

The young man who serviced our outside of the house was very pleasant and very nice. Unfortunately some of the ants are still being pests coming in thru the baseboard at one end of the house.

The technician was very courteous, professional and knowledgable.
