Worked for 2 hours, 2 workers on the roof 3 **managers** on the ground charged 1.8k. Almost no new materials. Did not come back to finish the job.

Customer had a very steep roof. Whenever there is a steep roof involved not only does the price increase for repairs or replacement, but safety is top priority. I'm sure a customer would rather have management there. There was our foreman, the owner of our company and the company owner's son present when this repair was done. Customer asked us to remove a satellite but said that it wasn't a priority and said whenever we could get to it that would be fine.

The work was done sooner than expected with no interruption to my daily life. The crew had to stop because of very heavy rain but returned as soon as conditions were safe and worked until it was too dark to continue. The next morning they were here bright and early, finished the job and cleaned up everything, leaving no sign that they had been here. I am confident that the upcoming hurricane season will be no threat as far as my beautiful new roof is concerned. Mr. Frank is a wise and gentlemanly craftsman who will settle for no less than the best! While buying a new roof was not my first choice, I couldnâ t be happier with the service and the end result.

FH and Frank came to give an estimate and were able to repair on the spot. I was very happy with the repair and would hire them for a roof replacement.

Frank charged me $500.00 to replace two toilet vent caps. 15 minute job!

Customer had a two-story, steep roof. Prices may vary according to the pitch of the roof. This is standard in the industry.

Frank and his crew were extremely professional, responsive, and always on time. I was impressed with the quality of work, the time in which the job was completed and their clean up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Frank and his crew to anyone needing a repair to a leaky roof.
