    I am still finding problems with their work. Ive had them out two times already, 1st to paint around the windows that they did not do! 2nd they had to come out to paint corners they did not paint and to get paint off of my shower, tub, shower curtain, and trim. That was by the manager. To day I moved some furniture around in my master bedroom and they got a lot of paint on my trim not a drop it looks like they hit it with the roller. Instead of them whipping it off they just put the furniture back so you could not see it. I'm still finding corners they did not paint and now paint on my door its like they did not care at all. I wish I could have them come back and go through each room and fix their paint job but I just had new carpet put down. What if they spilled paint on it would they just try to hide it like they did. I even had the supervisor come out to look at the job and he did not fix it all, only what I showed him, so if I did not show him he did not fix it. I had the worst paint job by Five Star Painting that Ive every had!

    Great workers, especially Teryl Thomas, but getting them to show at the set date was a nightmare. Very aggravating contact with customer service. I understood cancelling my first date due to weather and changing to another day but then no one showed. I called and emailed only to receive a response at 8 PM saying the foreman would be at my home the next day. He did not show for the remainder of the project. The workers, who were great, finally arrived at 130 pm without a project sheet and no paint colors. Nothing was passed to them by the aggravating administrative office who I emailed a month earlier with all the paint data. The foreman stopped by a few days later, after the project was supposedly complete to check the work. It was incomplete as a portion of the windows and door sealins were not done. He said he would schedule this soon. Almost a week later, the project is still incomplete and I have not heard back from them. I told him that I would not be using 5-Star Painting ever again for any other projects.

    Jesse gave us two estimates and had to return once after we changed the scope of the job. Knowledgeable, nice and personable guy. Helped us choose to paint brand and color scheme. Workers were very friendly and courteous, too. The job included painting walls, stained trim, fieldstone fireplace, and popcorn ceiling. Moved all furniture to the center of a great room and back again after painting. I've painted a lot of rooms myself and never got such sharp clean lines at molding and trim. Impressive work. Also cleaned up afterward but were very neat in doing their job. Covered everything with plastic or drop cloth. Job completed in two days. Also had a follow-up inspection by Mr. Sykes a day or so later. He found a few spots needing a touch up which he took care of. The cost was expense (but half of another estimate). But I could never have taken care of the ceiling and high walls. Too old to be on a high ladder. Would recommend them to anyone.

    Rep was really nice. Expensive, but needed the job done fast for insurance company. Several times they just showed up without calling, made a real mess, left boards in the yard nails up, hazard. Left one side of the house open to the elements for a week, had to call several times just to get them to tarp, and the did a half @#$ job. I will not hire them again.
