The problem I had was not foundation related.They referred me to a general contractor.

When they first came to encapsulate the crawl space, they left raw dirt in our home and it was a muddy mess. The did not put in the crawl door properly allowing all the elements from different seasons to come in, I did make them replace that though. This project has been going on for four years and recently our whole house dehumidifier had gone out. I had another company come out and take a look at it and the company we had come out said that this was just a big scam. They sold us the worst machine there was when I looked up the reviews on it. The dehumidifier was 2,300 and is no longer on the market because of how bad it is. When I called the company, they told me they had no record of me in their system because they were bought out by a bigger company. This company is a scam and I am now out nearly $10,000 because of them, not including the money I will still have to spend to have the work done properly.

Ok my previous review was a little harsh. After contacting IFS Mr Ayres the GM came out and we went over the job and went into the crawl space inspected the results and discovered I have other issues. He explained what the problem and was no related to the foundation. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am satisfied with the results and would recommend IFS and would use them again.

I do not think the job was done properly. I contacted the sales rep who said he would contact the office and they would send someone out to look at it. I never heard from them again.

Received and excepted estimate of my repair on my driveway 3/12/2018 and gave my 20% deposit. Set up repair on 5/1/2018. Contacted by Lisa of Indiana Foundation and was advised equipment failure and rescheduled for 5/2/2018. Contacted again and was advised needed to reschedule until 5/3/2018. Contacted again was advised could not work in rain had to reschedule until 5/7/2018 between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Driver call me and advised could not make it until 5:30 due to equipment failure. Finally showed up 5:30 pm on 5/7/2018. After 30 min of trying to get his equipment to work was unable to get going and advised me would have to reschedule again. I advised them I had two other contractors and I have had to reschedule those jobs because I was having to work around their rescheduling and could no longer deal with his company due to unprofessional and unreliable work. Also needed someone of company to contact me in regards to returning my down payment. It is now 11:00 AM 5/8/2018 and no one from Indiana Foundation has contacted me. I would think twice about contracting this company for any type of work.
