Write a ReviewThey arrived on Time did a great job. I would call them again.
Gold medal charged me $2000 for a repair they admit did not need to be done. They came to my home because we lost partial electricity on our first floor. They found a non working electrical box they knew must have been replaced, and, as they also admit, did not look around the house for a new box that they knew had to be somewhere, since other electricity in the house was working. True we didn t know where the box was (I am recently divorced and my ex husband previously handled these things) but that s why I called professionals. I can t be the only customer they ever had who didn t know where an electrical box was. Eventually, they did get the lights back on- but while they were working WE ourselves found the functioning electrical box behind a picture on the wall that was obviously hanging askew and jutting out into the hallway (something my ex husband had hung). We flipped the switch on and off and the lights reacted- which means the outage could have been fixed initially by flipping that switch had the technicians looked more carefully. Additionally- there is a wand that traces current- which the technicians had with them- that could have been used to trace along the walls and identify the source of the current- but it was not used to do this . Bottom line- the $2000 repair was rendered completely unnecessary- and Gold Medal readily admits this - and they should have done more to avoid it. After extensive conversations Gold Medal conceded to only a 50% discount - but I intend to pay no more than the $29 service call fee.
Exhaust all possibilities before calling a professional

Good service but very expensive.
they actually did not replace anything. they did tighten up some wires that they said were loose but they were very highly priced. they were prompt and they did get my lights working but they never replaced anything and the price was extremely high for the short time they were here. i would not call them again. ask cost first
