Carlos presented an estimate with all of the steps involved in tearing off the old roof, and the steps involved in installing the new roof. He went over all of the GAF products that were to be used. The warranty for the shingles is 50 years, and Carlos labor is 10 years. Carlos and his crew were excellent, starting promptly at 8:00am, and did the complete job in 2 1/2 days. The crew did an outstanding job removing any unneeded scrap, and nails. The quality of their work was **TOP SHELF** and I would highly recommend Great Basin roofing, as their estimate was the best, and their quality and professional approach was excellent! I was pleased to have Carlos come out a week early and get the job done. We had a single story old roof that needed to be shingled. His crew came, ripped off the 2 layers and installed a new one. I will come back to them if I need more roofing done. The only thing I wasn t aware of was the amount of dirt that fell into the garage. Roofing dirt tends to fall through the cracks in the roof board. He even installed rain deflectors. Great Basin Roofing worked excellent for us.

Carlos and his crew were great. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Great work and great cleanup after the project. If i have any future roofing projects I will be hiring them again. All of my neighbors are very impressed by the speed and quality as well.

Carlos came out to my house, showed me materials that I could choose from and explain to me exactly What to expect from his company. He also explained to me the warranty. The Quote was Very reasonable for the work they were going to do. We set a date for the roof to be done and he was here on time with his crew. The roof looks amazing and when they left you would never even know that I had roofing done as they cleaned up every single area around my house. During the time that he and his crew were on my property they were very kind thoughtful and respectful. I highly recommend this company.

They do everything they said they would

Carlos, the owner, is easy to talk and deal with. Very customer service oriented.

Carlos and his team were punctual, very friendly, easy to work with, very efficient, and obviously knew what they were doing. They reflashed and resealed 3 skylights on our condo, and also cleaned the gutters and installed lifetime gutter guards, all in about 5 hours, at what we considered a very fair price, and FAR less than the previous bidder, who insisted that we should replace the skylights. Carlos took lots of pictures to show me what they did. They fit our job in within a reasonable time, too, although they were very busy (came on a Sunday) We have not had severe rain to verify that the skylights no longer leak, but given what they did - replacing all the flashing, installing ice and water barrier, and replacing bad roof shingles - I feel confident that there will be no more problems. I also feel confident that if there ARE problems, Carlos and his crew will quickly fix them. I would certainly think anyone should, at a minimum, give them consideration for their roofing and gutter jobs.
