Awesome company Great Basin Roofing LLC. Professional, Carlos was extremely knowledge, always on time, great communication on all aspects of the job, extremely hard worker. Cleaned up each day and removed all debris, took care of surrounding plants. Very pleasant and I highly recommend Carlos and this company. I would definitely use him for future work.

I hired Great Basing Roofing to repair a roof leak. Carlos showed up within a week for the estimate and another week to do the repair was excellent! He communicated and delivered. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because until we get some rain, I cannot prove that my leaking roof is fixed. He was also a bit higher priced than others I had bids from, but they were flaky and Carlos wasn't. They cleaned up after themselves and the shingles matched so perfectly that you couldn't tell anyone had even worked on them. I highly recommend Carlos and Great Basin Roofing LLC.

He got here early, took some photos to show me where the problem was, fixed the leak and left. That's what I call "service" with a smile!!!!!!!!!!! I will tell my friends about the great service!!
