TPO installed over existing built-up roofing (tar and gravel). There was no emergency, but they still came the same week I ordered it. We have had some rain since, and no leaks appeared then. Though it's early days on a 20-year roof, I'm quite happy.

they spray-painted all my vent outlets and chimney outlets and everything the same basic color as the roof was. it at something I wasn't expecting and I thought that was pretty neat.

Green mountain contractors were quick and easy to work with. The estimate process was easy and hassle free. Work started on my roof prompt and on the agreed upon date, which was a Monday and was finished on a Thursday afternoon (which was earlier than promised). They kept in contact with me throughout the replacement of the roof to make sure they answered any of my questions. They also coordinated some interior repair of my damaged drywall. this too was fast, easy, and done very well. I would recommend green mountain contractors to anyone looking to get a new roof. They were one of 5 roofers that we had come out and gave estimates. green mountain won us over with their professionalism, price, and work ethic.

They did a shingle pitched roof for me. The quality of work was excellent and the materials were as promised. They were prompt and cleaned up every night. In fact the cleanup was superb. The crew that I had were excellent craftsman and I am confident the roof was done correctly. I couldn't be more happy with the job.
