Quality work, completed in a timely manner

First, I have a flat roof and they installed the modified bit roof (an upgrade from what I had). I hired this company from out of state to repair my rental home in NM. There was hail damage to the roof and it needed to be totally replaced. I no longer live in NM so I had to hire them over the phone and internet. They sent me pictures of the roof and confirmed the work that my insurance indicated needed to be done. They went out and were sensitive to the renters that we in the house so as to not disrupt their days. All the pictures of the roof were beautiful. I will be able to complete an inspection myself when I travel to the house in early 2018. There is a warranty so I'm not concerned. Very professional and responsive company.

The crew that performed the work was very friendly and helpful. Their work was of a high quality and they answered all our questions and requests. I would like to thank Daniel, the crew foreman, especially as he was very nice and helpful. The lower rating in the customer service area is due to a few times when I was told that someone was coming over to do some work and they didn't show until a day or two later. Since our job took quite a while to complete, it might have been a benefit to have had a little better communication, but overall the work quality was very good and we were satisfied with all aspects of the job. We actually had our house painted as well as the roof repaired and coated with silicone and Zack (the company owner) gave us a great deal on the two separate jobs.

Would have preferred a 20 or 30 year paint instead of a 10 year paint.The project (exterior painting of home) was completed as advertised. The painters were professional and did a great job.

Zach and Daniel were both extremely professional. I had a couple of leaks in my home and called them out to take a look at my roof and provide me with an estimate. They were able to come out the same day, AND also provided me with an estimate the same day. They were able to start on my roof at a reasonable time and I was extremely impressed with the job they did. I went with an elastomeric coating that is warrantied at 10 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality job at a competitive price.

They did a large job for me - roof, stucco, and painting. I found the price to be competitive for the work that needed to be done. The foreman of the job, Daniel Meza, kept the work on track and he was thorough and paid attention to detail.

I hired ZRO Industries to do a couple of home improvement projects before selling my home. I had a small leak above the sky lights bad enough to require buckets underneath them, so that needed to be repaired, I needed to touch up some exterior paintwork and some interior work in one of the bedrooms inside of my home. They recommended I got the gates outside done as well just to make the entire home uniformed. I was really pleased with the results and amount of time it took to complete! Would highly recommend to others

I had the pleasure of working with ZRO Industries Construction. They were always available, and if not called me back promptly to answer any questions I may of had or fix any of my needs. I had ordered a custom storage that sat about 2 feet off of the ground and so Zach (the owner) came and did some measurements himself and was able to create a customized ramp and set of stairs to match the new addition to my home. The project was completed in a timely manner and it exceeded my expectations. Call these guys for a quality job at an affordable price.

Everything is good, we're really happy.
