Vijay was very friendly & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was coming out of my carpets as he was cleaning them. I'm sure the gunk had been in there a long time!! No other carpet cleaner company had ever showed me anything!!! Since we have dogs, some of the stains are coming back but I think it's because they really weren't cleaned right in the first place. p.s. the house smelled great afterwards!!!

I was able to schedule the cleaning on a Saturday and they were on time, friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. The carpet looks great! I would definitely recommend them.

I almost hired a company for 1/2 price with Val PAC coupon but I had a lot of pet stains and having done that before they are in and out pretty quick. This company worked for 2 hours and got my carpet CLEAN. They pulled up a lot of pet hair and used a tool I had never seen before to get down deep. They even moved my bed for me because one dog sleeps under there. My house smells fresh again. Only criticism is they were pretty late--said due to bridge traffic. I would say I got my carpet 4 times cleaner for twice the price of a Val PAC company. Worth the price to restore my carpet

Within 10 minutes of the time I submitted my search through Home Advisor i received a call from VJay, proprietor and independent owner. We met the next day, he explained the process he used, asked if I had a date of completion in mind and the rest was history. Top notch work. Top notch professional. Timely. Exceptionally priced. Who could ask for more?
