Very pleased with the quality of his work. Carpets look great. This is a rental unit, VJ went as far as putting a product to protect the high traffic areas at no additional charge.

My carpets were not that clean.

We take customer satisfaction seriously as evidenced by our OTHER RATINGS. With this customer the area to be cleaned was a very high traffic area and was worn and torn and had not been cleaned regularly as recommended. Before I left this customer was very pleased asking for my business cards to recommend me. We always recommend carpets been cleaned regularly based upon the traffic pattern to ensure the life of the carpet .

VJ does outstanding work.. My carpets look wonderful. He got out all of the stains which was very impressive. I want to emphasize that I received amazing customer service. VJ was very meticulous, thorough, and worked hard to make sure that the results exceeded my expectations. The process he used is very pet friendly which was exactly what I was looking to find since I own small dog. I highly recommend Green Steps Carpet Care and look forward to using this company in the future.

By far the best procedure for cleaning carpet I've ever seen. Pulled out all the stains and made the carpet look brand new again, this process shows all the bad stuff that carpets can trap. Hard working and honest people here.
