Although we were only able to clean the carpet as promised, we apologize we were unable to fix the worn out carpet due to it's age. Certain stains that remain in the carpet we are also unable to remove due to them being permanently embedded. Thank you so much for allowing us to complete the full cleaning of the carpet. Great work on tough stains

Mr David : Thank you for the opportunity to restore the carpet by successfully removing all those tough stains. Again, we suggest that carpets must be cleaned once every eight months to extend the life of carpet.

Very professional and conscientious. Removed stains that we could not remove. Was not in a hurry and stayed until he had it perfect. Would highly recommend. Carpet looked wonderful and no chemical or soapy odors. Thanks for doing such a great job.

Great service. Super clean. Way better than the steam cleaners I have used in the past. They took there time and went way above what I expected. Very polite and professional. Past cleaners were in and out in a few minutes. These guys were very dedicated to the task and made sure the job was done right. They were able to remove some stains that had been in the carpet for years.
