From day one meeting with Ryan Youngren I felt that I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable and works diligently to insure customer satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and Hoffman Weber Construction!

I hired this company back in August and put down $5,550.00 which they cashed in August 21, 2017. I sent then an email back in September and Amanda Alexander replied on Sept 20, 2017, telling me some one will get in touch with me within the next week or so to schedule my siding, and that they are about 4-6 weeks out in siding installation. 8 weeks later I sent another email to Amanda Alexander and Jason Iwig my sale person on November 18, 2017 requesting a refund for my deposit. To this day I am still waiting for some one to get back to me. I will not work with a company that will treat their customer this way. I hired this company because supposedly they have a good reputation but I guess I was wrong. I am still waiting for some one to either call me or reply to my email. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Quality of work was very good. But they could have been much better about communicating with me regarding schedule changes.

Very knowledgeable about flat roofs, took time to really investigate the problem and propose an affordable solution

They were very real and I was not sales pitched to death. My project and wants are important to them. The job is not complete yet but I know I will get the same level of care that I have received so far.

The crew was excellent, the project manager not so much. Hard to get ahold of, did not return calls timely and never really explained things well.

The salesman was attentive and spent a lot of time on the roof and with us. Every item was priced out so we knew what money was going toward. They priced out additional items for future work which is nice to have. We made our choices and were told the work would take one week. We got a lovely email saying we were part of the family and someone would call us to schedule. After a choosing our colors we didn't hear and we had to call to find out that some items might need to be changed to get a better match. While it created a delay, we were still feeling like they were taking care of us. We finally got a start date - 2 months after signing up for nearly half of an annual salaries worth of work. When the materials came, they put some on our neighbor's driveway. At this point, it wasn't a big deal, but between that and people parking where they couldn't access their driveway, it got worse. The roofing contractors came and worked very hard and did a wonderful job on the roof. We were still fairly sure we had the right team. At this point, we are waiting for window wraps, soffits and fascia. However, the customer service started to go down hill. The next crew didn't show up when expected, more delays, we were into our second week of work. There was one issue that was a reasonable delay to determine how to work around some structural issues with our house. This likely could have been addressed sooner had a PM been on sight more regularly. End game: The job took 3 weeks and we had to call and ask when they were coming repeatedly. We have a dog and needed to arrange for him to be somewhere safe, but were getting no communication. The job was not done before we started our "at home" vacation as promised. We still have a punch list of items we would like to be addressed. No one is calling or texting us back and there is still a pile of material in our driveway (slowly disappearing due to theft) and the job has been done for almost two weeks. The communication must have been just as bad to the crews as we had lumber delivered to replace some that was rotting. The contractors used it to make saw horses and when we caught them wrapping the rotted wood, we had to stop them, get wood from a neighbor and tell them it was to be replaced. The work is mostly quite satisfactory, but for the money we paid, the communication was horrible. It was blamed on being stretched too thin due to the storms we had. I get it, but that isn't really my problem even though they made it mine.
